Wound magnetic cores are crucial components in the production of electric machines. Their quality directly impacts the final product's performance. Therefore, we offer the following types of magnetic cores:
- Toroidal cores -Wound divided cores -Electrical steel lamination -Unicore -Nanocrystalline cores
- Strip thicknesses of 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.30mm, and 0.35mm-Coil widths from 5mm to 1000mm-Frequencies ranging from 50Hz to 20kHz
To ensure quality, we use specialized instruments to measure the magnetic properties of our cores. We measure these values continuously across the entire range of alternating magnetizing characteristics, limited only by the instrument's maximum power. Additionally, we can print all results on the measurement protocol or process them into tables and graphs on the computer. We test every core and fully control and record the measuring process.
-Strip thicknesses of 0.35mm, 0.50mm, 0.65mm -Coil widths from 5mm to 1000mm
-Intensity of the magnetic field Heff (A/m) -Magnetic induction Bmax. (T)-Core losses P (W) -Amplitude permeability, etc.
-Firstly, we select electrical steel focusing on both magnetic and mechanical quality. -Secondly, we perform dimensional control for winding cores. -Thirdly, we manage thermal process control. -Moreover, we conduct a 100% final quality test to ensure dimensional accuracy and verify that the magnetic value limits are met.-Lastly, we carry out thorough packaging control.
